Rare - without question. This handcrafted wine carries the essence of a mountain that pushes like a miracle from the center of the Pacific Ocean. Its layers of flavor, uniqueness and complexities are designed by Haleakala.
Here on Maui, Chenin Blanc is as interesting as the soil in which it roots itself. It grows enthusiastically and demands constant attention and strict guidance throughout the growing season. As a sparkling wine, its harvested young and full of energy, produced in the Traditional Methode, aged in tirage for 24 months and finished with graceful restraint.
