Description
We are introducing our 2020 Sparkling Blanc de Blanc, crafted in the traditional method, aged 5 years on the lees, made from 100% Chenin Blanc. It has become a Maui expression of vintage growers sparkling. This release marks an important moment in our sparkling program. We released half of the vintage at 3 years. We continued to let it rest. Year after year, it gained depth and complexity, while keeping the brightness.
From the first taste, it showed the structure and balance that rewards patience.
