ABOUT THE WINE
Block 3 Syrah was harvested separately in 2021 due to its distinct ripening pattern, which progressed rapidly in the vineyard and resulted in a bigger, bolder wine than we typically produce. This vintage also marked an important milestone for MauiWine as our first experiment using native Maui yeast to initiate fermentation.
