Crafted in the Traditional Method, this wine is aged on the lees for 18 months developing rich and fine bubbles while retaining its youthful freshness and island-bright character.  Made from a classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Elegant yet playful. Aromas of sweetbread, brioche, and orange marmalade lead into red apple, cranberry, white peach, underripe strawberry, and Meyer lemon.

In Hawaiian, lokelani means “heavenly rose”, a name that signifies beauty, grace, and a touch of the divine. Today, they remain the official flower of Maui County and an enduring symbol woven into the history of Ulupalakua. This wine honors that legacy, reflecting the elegance and spirit of the flower itself.
