Lokelani Sparkling Rosé

Very similar to most traditional sparkling wines from around the world, our Lokelani is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Lokelani, like all of our sparkling wines, is made in the Traditional Method (Methode Champenoise). The wine is then aged on the lees (dead yeast cells) between 20 to 24 months. We use a bit of red wine from our estate vineyards in the dosage, which imparts color and aromatic characteristics.

As the official flower of Maui, Lokelani has adorned the Ulupalakua landscape for many years, charming us with its vibrant pink petals and captivating fragrance. The original name of the ranch where we are located was Rose Ranch, and the estate that makes up our grounds was covered in roses including the unique and rare Lokelani. Sparkling wine is the inseparable companion of joy and festivity, the crown of celebration, and the symbol of merriment. Every day in Maui is worth celebrating.
