Crafted in the Traditional Method, this wine is aged on the lees for 24 months developing a bright, clean, and linear palate with refined structure and elegant acidity. Made from a classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Crisp green apple, magnolia blossom, lemon oil, and toasted almond.

Pōhaku is a celebration of MauiWine’s origins—our “rock,” our foundation, and a reflection of nearly 50 years of sparkling wine tradition in Ulupalakua. Pōhaku is the realization of that vision- refined, expressive, and crafted with purpose.
