We are introducing our 2020 Sparkling Blanc de Blanc, crafted in the traditional method, aged 5 years on the lees, made from 100% Chenin Blanc. It has become a Maui expression of vintage growers sparkling. This release marks an important moment in our sparkling program. We released half of the vintage at 3 years. We continued to let it rest. Year after year, it gained depth and complexity, while keeping the brightness.

From the first taste, it showed the structure and balance that rewards patience. Notes of white nectatine. mandarin orange. marzipan. asian pear. toffee. and lemon zest.
